FAQ

When do tickets go on sale?+
Thursday July 23 at 9:30 PM ET, right after Special Super Thursday. Early Bird pricing opens first and the window is short, move fast.
Where is the event?+
Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building, 1055 Canada Place. Two minutes from Waterfront Station and about 26 minutes from YVR by SkyTrain.
Who can attend?+
Agents across the organization plus the guests they invite. Guests register in one minute and pick their inviter from the roster, so the right base always gets the credit.
What does my ticket include?+
Every ticket covers all main stage sessions across the three days plus the Saturday night Awards Gala in the waterfront ballroom. Early Bird and General Admission are the same seat. The difference is price and timing.
Is the gala included in every ticket?+
Yes. The Awards Gala is part of every ticket this year. Seating is arranged by base, and the top bases sit closest to the stage.
How do base perks work?+
Every ticket bought by your base counts: your own, your agents, and their guests. Hit 25 for a reserved table block, 50 for the forward section, 100 for the front section and a gala table upgrade, 150 for front row and stage recognition.
What do I need ready when tickets launch?+
Your card. Everything else is already on file from the roster. You pick your ticket, choose your gala dinner, confirm the name on your badge, and pay. Allergy notes and access needs have their own optional fields.
What should I wear?+
Business casual works for the day sessions. Saturday night is formal, bring the good suit. Sunday's dress code is Business Formal.
Where should I stay?+
Downtown Vancouver has thousands of rooms within a ten minute walk of Canada Place. October is a busy month in the city, book early.
